Advanced Endodontics Course in Delhi NCR - Course Highlights
Advanced Clinical Endodontics course is meant for you if you already do RCTs independently & confidently and you are now looking at enhancing your endodontic practice.
All case numbers are 100% on patients, and the course enables you to handle advanced cases confidently:
- Complex RCTs – C shaped canals, calcified canals, tortuous canals, etc.
- Complicated RCTs with broken instruments, ledge formations, perforations etc.
- Re Treatment Cases
- Post & Core
- Endodontic Surgeries
You can work under magnification (mainly loupes) for all your cases, after working under magnification on extracted teeth first.
You can also work under microscope under faculty supervision.
Case Numbers, Course Duration & Fee
Case Numbers:
- 6 RCTs cases of the following types are allotted: RCTs in teeth with complex anatomy, Complicated RCTs with broken instruments, ledge formations, perforations etc. Re Treatment Cases
- 2 cases of Post & Core
- 1 case of Endodontic Surgery (mainly apicoectomy)

Course Schedule
Day 1
Discussion, Lecture with Clinical Application & Pre-clinical
Discussion on access cavity preparation, working length determination, biomechanical preparation, irrigants and irrigation devices intracanal medicaments and obturation.
Case difficulty assessment in endodontics, potential causes of endodontics failures, diagnosis and treatment planning of complex endodontics cases.
Before you begin patient work, pre-clinical rotary RCT on extracted teeth is done to understand your clinical expertise and fill gaps as required.
Day 2
Lecture with Clinical Application & Pre-clinical
A session is taken on magnification in Endodontics with focus on dental loupes. Detailed step-wise-step explanation of post and core is also taken. This session is followed by pre-clinical exercise, using loupes and demonstration of post & core.
Day 3
Lecture with Clinical Application
Learn to handle endodontic emergencies effectively and prevent procedural errors with expert techniques for seamless management.
Day 4
Lecture with Clinical Application
Explore apexification, regenerative endodontics, and the advanced use of ultrasonics and lasers.
Day 5
Lecture with Clinical Application
This session focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of lesions involving both the endodontic and periodontal tissues, and treatment of traumatized teeth.
Note: Case allotment is started on completion of pre-clinical rotary RCT.

Yes, our advanced clinical endodontics course with step by step approach is designed to provide you with the practical knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to perform advanced endodontic treatments confidently and independently on patients.
We ensure that you get sufficient patient work and we also provide after course support – if there is a particular procedure where you require more practice, then cases are additionally provided to you accordingly.
The center is a separate department at ITS Dental College, Greater Noida, which has a strong standing of 20+ years in Dental Education & Training. More than 30 camps are organized in nearby villages on a monthly basis and our buses ply daily from camp locations to bring patients to the center. This ensures a very high daily OPD and so we are able to provide ample patients to our candidates.
All our instructors are experienced MDS Faculty with 5+ years of Clinical Experience.
We follow a step by step approach. The faculty will first take didactic sessions to explain the clinical concepts, followed by hands on pre-clinical exercises and demonstrations, and then patients are allotted.
All the instruments, equipment & materials are provided by the center.
Yes, we offer continued mentorship and guidance after course completion. Our faculty will help you with the queries that you may have during your clinical practice.
Yes, we provide in-campus accommodation, separately for male & female candidates, at very nominal charges. Mess meals, complimentary WIFI and in-campus gym & sports facilities are included.
